…he represented the plaintiffs in the Iowa gay marriage case; pro bono of course. But his reward was far beyond any monetary compensation he could have received. If there is a better example of the merits of the legal profession, I have rarely seen it.

I could not have said it better myself. That is what a Governor is supposed to do.
…which puts New Hampshire on track to become the 5th state to approve gay marraige and the 2nd state to approve gay marriage by a legislature. A majority of New Hampshire residents support same-sex marriage. It is unclear at this point if the Governor will veto the bill.
